As informed by learned A.G.A., notice has been served to the informant on 27.2.2025. 2. Heard Sri Anand Ji Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 292 of 2024, U/S 65(1), 137(2), 115(2), 70(2) B.N.S. and 5(g)/6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have forcibly taken the victim by car and had committed rape with her on 6.10.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
