Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 29.3.2025. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 122 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 137(2) B.N.S., 2023 and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Birno, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR was instituted against co-accused person Vikas and one Priti Kumari. The applicant was not named therein. His name has come up in the statement of the victim rcorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S. 6. It is further stated that the victim is the consenting party and she has married the applicant. The victim is 16 years old lady
