Heard Sri Phool Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Deepak Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Shaghan Yadav, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 277 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 352, 332-A, 351(3), 103(1), 109(1) BNS, Police Station Mangalpur, District Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
