Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 24.3.2025. 3. Heard Sri S.P.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.423 of 2024, under Sections 74, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 64 B.N.S., Police Station- Delhi Gate, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The FIR was instituted regarding outraging the modesty and assaulting only, but subsequently the allegations of rape have been escalated in the statement of the victim recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S. that too after legal
