Shahi Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Sameer Jain,J. 1. Heard Sri R.K. Shahi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Jhamman Ram, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.369 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) & 238 BNS, Police Station Bhatni, District Deoria, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown persons with regard to missing of the mentally retarded daughter of the informant but after recovery of her dead body case was converted under Section 103(1) BNS. 4.
