As both the connected matters arise from the same FIR, therefore, both these bail applications are being disposed of by a common order. 2. Heard Shri Sangam Singh, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Mahendra Pratap, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Ashutosh Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant applications have been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 721 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) BNS, 2023, Police Station- Surajpur, District- Madhya Commissionerate (Gautam Budh Nagar), during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
