Heard Sri Ashish Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Deepak Dubey, learned counsel for the informant as well as Ms. Ifra Islam, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material available on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 02 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 64 of B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is the brother-in-law of the victim (devar) and is stated to have committed rape with her in the night of 25.09.2024 at about 11:00 am. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5.
