Heard Sri Tej Om Prakash Singh holding brief of Sri Shiv Shankar Kaithal, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Alok Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Amit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 470 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(1) B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Rasoolpur, District - Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 26.12.2024 at about 01:30 pm. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 6. The FIR is delayed by about ten hours and there is no explanation of the said
