Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. As informed by learned State Law Officer, notice has been served to the informant on 10.4.2025. 4. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Ms Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 5. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0388 of 2024, U/S 64, 115(2), 351(2), 352 B.N.S. and 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Babina, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 6. The applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim on 1.10.2024 at 8.00 am and had even assaulted her. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 7. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. He has nothing to do with the said
