This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ranjeet, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 7/13(3) of Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Mathura. 3.It is alleged in the prosecution case that the applicant's name was 'Ranjeet Singh' and he was appearing at the examination of U.P.
