Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State- respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 228 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103, 117(2), 131, 333, 351(3), 109, 3(5) BNS, Police Station Afzalgarh, District Bijnor, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 2.7.2024 against applicants and four others and according to the FIR on 1.7.2024 at about 12:30 a.m. in the night applicants alongwith others made assault through wooden sticks and iron rods and due to the assault made by them husband of the informant and her son and devar sustained injuries. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that initially FIR of the present case was lodged under section 109 BNS and other sections but after
