Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Jagdish Prasad Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Geetam Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 49 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 74, 78(2), 115(2) of BNS, Police Station - Sahawar, District - Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have assaulted the victim and had outraged her modesty on 20.01.2025 at about 06:45 PM. 5.
