Heard Sri Rama Shankar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Komal Prasad Pandey, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Santosh Kumar Pandey, learned Brief Holder for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 215 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Ahmadgarh, District Bulandshahr during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with four others but admittedly at the time of incident he was detained in jail along with co-accused Dinesh Kumar and with the aid of Section 61(2) B.N.S. he has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
