This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Shivam Alias Shibbu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 23 of 2025 , under Sections 3 (5), 109 (1), of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Charkhari, District Mahoba.
