Heard Sri Satendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Tripathi, learned Advocate holding brief for Sri Yogesh Mishra, learned counsel for the informant, as well as Sri A.K. Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 38 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 B.N.S., 2023 and 3/4 of The Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Makkhanpur, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by four days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is the consenting party, as is evident from her statement recorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S. 5.
