Heard Sri Upendra Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA for State-respondent. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.599 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) BNS, Police Station Chaubepur, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that nobody was named in the FIR but during investigation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along-with co-accused Mulayam Yadav and Anil Rajbhar but after considering the entire facts in detail, co-accused Mulayam Yadav has been released on bail by this Court and his bail order has been annexed at page 69 of the paper book. 4.
