Heard Sri Yogendra Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.291 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 127(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Girva, District- Banda, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 19 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim had gone with co-accused person to the applicant and alongwith the applicant had gone to Banda and had not raised any alarm whatsoever. The allegations are per se false. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the victim is a 28 years old married lady. She was found pregnant by about 25 weeks. There is
