Heard Shri Kamal Kishor Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Shyam Narayan Rai, learned AGA for the State- opposite party and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 46 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 131, 115(2), 352, 125 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Bhojpur, District Ghaziabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent due to enmity. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.02.2025. He has criminal history of one case, which is explained in para no. 2 of the supplementary affidavit, and applicant is on bail in that case. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits
