Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. Heard Sri Irfanul Huda, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.07 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 351(3), 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Bithri Chainpur, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It is a matter of consensual relationship between two major persons. The victim is 23 years old. All the allegations are false as there is no recovery of any indecent photographs or video of the victim. It is further stated that the applicant has never
