Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Narendra Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Shatrughan Yadav, learned AGA, for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.430 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 333 and 351(3) BNS, Police Station Jalesar, District Etah during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the FIR along with co-accused Shivam and Akash with regard to murder of the daughter of the informant but admittedly the informant was not the eye witness. 4.
