As informed by learned AGA, notice to the informant has been served on 10.03.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 2. Heard Sri Shashi Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Yogesh Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Sessions Case No. 1287 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 109 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376 of IPC and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Nayagaon, District - Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant against unknown person regarding missing of his daughter since 16.08.2023 at about 10:00 AM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
