Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 38 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station - Ikdil, District - Etawah, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 04.02.2025 at about 07:00 pm in the agricultural field when she had gone to ease herself out.
