This review petition has been filed inter alia seeking review of order dated 10.02.2025 passed in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 270 of 2025 whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioners, after instructions were produced by the respondents, has been dismissed. 2. The petition was filed seeking a restrain on the Nagar Nigam, Moradabad from making construction of one meter drain on the 16 feet wide road passing in front of the houses of the petitioners situated in Diamond Colony, Karula, in front of Das Sarai Police Chowki, Ward No. 43, P.S.
